The Pharmacy Operations Manager is a regulated team member who plays an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. Leveraging CareRx systems, the Operations Manager is a people leader who will be a part of the management team to ensure consistent production, quality assurance, and dispensing requirements to our customers. The Operations Manager will be responsible for their team’s scheduling, new hire training, team skill, and performance development in alignment with the daily and long-term goals of the pharmacy.
