This CE webinar will review methods of immunization and discuss the differences between egg- and cell-based production of influenza vaccines. Presenter Brett Barrett, who specializes in the management of infection, will provide the knowledge you need to reassure your patients about the safety and efficacy of these interventions.   • Describe existing and novel approaches to vaccine science, including cell-based vaccine production and mRNA, viral vector, and protein-based immunization.
  • Explain the differences between egg- and cell-based production of influenza vaccines.
