This session will focus on common workflow challenges in community pharmacy practice and provide practical, evidence-informed strategies to improve efficiency, reduce dispensing errors, and enhance patient safety. I’ll be covering areas such as task delegation, workflow design, communication strategies, and managing high-volume environments, along with real-world examples from my experience in both high-volume and independent pharmacy settings.
