Having injection training available to Alberta pharmacy technicians is one strategy PTSA has been pursuing as part of overall advocacy efforts towards pharmacy technicians being granted authorization to inject. Within the last couple of weeks, PTSA has transitioned from finalizing plans to offer practical injection training to cancelling injection training for Alberta pharmacy technicians.
